Neti Pot Solution
Neti pot
1/4 tsp non-iodized salt
1/2 tsp honey
8 oz warm water
Mix thoroughly and use neti pot as directed.
*Hint: before using neti pot it is a good idea to pour a little of the solution out the spout to make sure all the chlorinated water is removed.
